When working as expected the app will tag pickup/delivery details onto the order, but sometimes a customer can bypass the app on the way to checkout and in doing so no pickup/delivery details will be tagged onto the order.
Since the app primarily shows on the cart page and on cart popups one of the main ways to prevent customers from skipping pickup/delivery details is to disable dynamic checkouts.
