When using the email template editor, images can be added by clicking the "image" icon and pasting the URL of the image source. Images can be uploaded for free on many sites, or if you have your own file storage that will work too as long as it provides the image source.

1. Navigate to email template

Navigate to the email template editor, which can be found under the "Notifications" tab.

2. Insert image link

Find the place within the email template you wish to insert the image and click the "image button, then copy/paste the image source into the prompt.

Finding the image source can be tricky, the key is to find the actual image address/source and not just the link of the site that hosts the image. If you require assistance finding the image source feel free to send an email to [email protected].

Images can be uploaded to many sites for free, the example below will use https://imgur.com/. Once the image is uploaded, right click the image to see a list of options. From the list, select "Copy image address", then paste the contents into the prompt found in step 2 (labelled as the red number 4):

The image should then appear within the template...
