Breaks of all types and durations can be created by using 1 or more availabilities. Each availability has a start and end time but if you combine more availabilities you can create start and end times that have breaks in between.
For example, if you wanted to set your location open for pickup from 9am to 9pm with a break from 2pm to 5pm you could use the following setup:
Start time: 9am
End time: 2pm
Start time: 5pm
End time: 9pm
